About World Apartments
We are a boutique privately owned property management company, with our office
located in Kingsford, one of Sydney's Eastern Suburbs, close to Sydney Airport
and en route to most of our apartments. We provide accommodation to suit your
length of stay, ranging from two days up to six months.
World Apartments has been operating as a short-term furnished serviced apartments
business since 2002. We are a fully licensed real estate agency operating an audited
trust account, and we are a full member of the Real Estate Institute. All our staff
is fully licensed and qualified to operate in the real estate industry.
Our furnished and serviced apartments are located throughout the Sydney CBD, North Shore and Sydney's East. Our apartments range from studios, 1 bedroom and through to 4 bedrooms, all fully furnished. All our apartments come with linen, towelling, and starter packs of toiletries and cleaning products, to settle you in for your first evening.
Our feature-packed website contains a search engine to assist you with finding an apartment that is suitable for you stay, as well as a live booking system that can process your credit card payment and provide an invoice online, confirming your booking within seconds. Your credit card details, along with your personal particulars, are processed via the strictest of online encryption methods and privacy policies.
The booking process is easy and can be performed in as little as three steps. Once a booking has been made on line, an invoice is automatically sent to the email address entered, along with your booking confirmation and any relevant instructions. All our guests are issued with our Duty Manager mobile number to ensure they have a contact at all times, even after normal office work hours.
Additional services to your stay, which may be selected at the time of booking, include Wireless Internet, baby cots, additional linen, sofa beds, additional service cleans, and more.
Depending on the location of the apartment and by arrangements, keys can be collected from our office at 210 Gardeners Rd Kingsford 2032, from the concierge on site, or from a nearby convenient location. We also provide a "meet and greet" option for a small fee.
